Describe your early memories of your emerging talent as an artist?: 
When the world was young my family moved to Malta for a few years. With no English TV, my mother encouraged us kids to draw, on anything, even on the white-washed kitchen walls, if we were good enough. Then, when I was five I won a prize for a horse made out of matchsticks and spuds. I was on my way...

Foundation Art & Design - Scarborough

Henry Moore, Barbara Hepworth, Costantin Brancusi, Jean Arp.
Role of figurative art: 
My recurring themes are Mother & Child, the female form, and scenes from the Bible.

Music (all sorts except pop, rap, hip-hop), riding motorcycles and maxi-scooters.
